  • responsible for including  all developable property within its boundaries 


  • imposing an annual mill levy on all taxable property within its boundaries for debt repayment and operations and remitting all tax collections and other revenue to Park Creek


Westerly Creek

Approximately three percent (3%) of the total mill levy goes for maintenance and operating costs of Westerly Creek, in-tract parks and other public facilities that are not operated or maintained by the City.

Westerly Creek

At the completion of the development process and upon retirement of the Park Creek bonds, approximately ninety-seven percent (97%) of the total mill levy will no longer be necessary.
