Westerly Creek Metropolitan District ( the "District") is a quasi-governmental entity, located in the Central Park community of Denver, Colorado. Approximately three percent (3%) of the total mill levy goes for maintenance and operating costs of Westerly Creek, in-tract parks and other public facilities that are not operated or maintained by the City. At the completion of the development process and upon retirement of the Park Creek bonds which is estimated to be in December 2051, approximately ninety-seven percent (97%) of the total mill levy will no longer be necessary.
